Chester Hill Library and Knowledge Centre is now holding

the Tech Wise Buddies Program on weekends. Classes

will take place every Saturday between 9.30-11.30am.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own phone,

tablet or smartphone, or can opt to use one of the library’s

public computers.

STRUGGLING TO MAKE SENSE

OF TECHNOLOGY?

LEGOTASTIC CLUB

Build a whole city out of LEGO at the Kids’ Legotastic Club at

Greenacre Library and Knowledge Centre.

Children aged 8-14 years can get back to basics with this creative

and hands-on workshop.

Workshops take place every Monday from 4pm, however places

are limited, so LEGO-block builders are urged to reserve their

spot prior to the sessions.

ADULTS CRAFT CLASS

Panania Library and Knowledge Centre is holding weekly adult

craft classes every Thursday between 11am-1pm. They include

jewellery making, scrapbooking, candle and card making

and more.

Each month the group takes on a different project. All

supplies are brought by members or can be purchased on

MINECRAFT JAM

Have you got some cool tips and tricks to share about one

of the world’s most popular games, Minecraft? Gamers are

encouraged to come along to Greenacre Library and Knowledge

Centre’s Minecraft Jam Afternoon on Tuesday 27 September from

2.30pm. Gamers can share shortcuts and strategies on how to

win the game.

This afternoon is suitable for children 8-14 years, but an adult

must accompany youths under the age of 12. Event-goers are

asked to bring their own device.
